Nebraska legislators nearly exposed the ring in 1990, but its unveiling had the potential to produce seismic political aftershocks. The Nebraska legislators’ efforts resulted in rash of mysterious deaths and the overpowering corruption of federal and local law enforcement, including the FBI, Secret Service, and Justice Department, effecting an immaculate
cover-up.

State and federal grand juries in Nebraska and a federal grand
jury in the District of Columbia played an integral role in the cover-up, and
I’ve had access to thousands of documents that would ultimately be sealed by two of the grand juries.

The victims were used, abused, and discarded, and they knew what would happen to them if they ever came clean. In one case, a young girl, Alisha Owen, who had been abused since the age of 14 refused to recant her abuse to the FBI, and a kangaroo court sentenced her to prison for 9-15 years on trumped up perjury charges. She spent nearly two years in solitary confinement.

    What exactly was he arrested for? When was he arrested. Why? No local media coverage? People have talked about this subject before without arrest.

    Which police department I will call and verify.

    Devin’s Facebook wall has been hidden. So you can no longer see what he wrote and nobody can post on his wall. It makes me wonder if who I spoke to through it the other day was really his sister.

    Things are changing. Be careful who you trust.

    And just because the arrest happened right before this show does not mean that in fact this show was the reason for it. It could have easily been something else.

    The indictment which I saw posted yesterday says he was arrested for transporting and possessing child pornography. We will have to wait and see since no real coverage on this

    A Grand Jury has returned a true bill against Devin Ray Norris for the charges of:

    Count One–Transportation of Child Pornography (several hundred images) dating from November 2008 in violation of 18 USC 2252 (a)(2).

    Count Two–Possession of Child Pornography dating from July 2009 in violation of 18 USC 2252 (a)(4)(B).

    Hmm…it’s possible he really had child porn on his computer. Just because he has a radio show about the Franklin Scandal…shouldn’t automatically take him off the hook. I’m sure many sympathizers have dark secrets…

    Anything is possible. But why would I trust the FBI which has clearly covered up the Franklin Scandal? Just like all electronic voting is rigged, same way it’s beyond easy to get child porn onto someone else’s computer. I do not know if Devin is innocent or guilty, but I personally believe that if you take the word of the FBI on this one, you will wind up being bullied into anything that government authorities want you to do regardless of the constitution and regardless of your rights.

    Tell me ALL ABOUT how Devin was “framed,” people. The truth comes out. He pled huilty a few days ago and faces TWENTY YEARS in federal prison. OVER 3,000 explicit pictures of LITTLE BOYS, 86 videos . . . so tell me again how he was “framed” in February 2010 for exposing a pedophile ring when it was TWO YEARS EARLIER that Best Buy discovered these pictures on his computer and notified police. I guess Best Buy went into his Yahoo IM account and arranged to EXCHANGE pictures of little boys too, right? Egg ALL OVER YOUR FACE, PEOPLE! I told you people, but you want to support this man, who VICTIMIZES children? If he was INNOCENT I feel pretty certain he wouldn’t have just PLED GUILTY and agreed to face up to TWENTY YEARS. I guess his presidential campaign is going to be delayed by a couple of DECADES, because he is going to be WHERE PEDOPHILES BELONG . . . IN PRISON until about 2030!

    The claim that Norris was being framed, because he broadcast an interview with Nick Bryant on the Franklin case, seemed feebly self-serving from the start. Bryant had done other interviews before Norris and none of those broadcasters were busted for child porn.

    I can see you’re not a Franklin Newbie, but I encourage you to dig even deeper. Nothing is ever what it appears to be, in this case. Accusations of child abuse, those validated through conviction or falsified through acquital/dismissal, those possibly true but never tried, those probably but not provably false, – are all so hopelessly enmeshed with the undivulged motivations (political, social or religious goals & ideologies, vengeance, ambition, self-protection, self-promotion, greed, etc) of the accusers, the accused, official investigators, informal investigators, political parties, citizen’s groups, bureaucrats, legislators and media involved – that what really happened may ultimately prove unknowable.

    But, the full story stretches into events both prior to and long after those which are described in Franklin Coverup, Franklin Scandal or Conspiracy of Silence. For example, the origins of the Nebraska Foster Care Review Board are not mentioned in any of the above sources, but are of great relevance. Created and run by “concerned citizens” who were not child-care professionals or social service bureaucrats, specifically as an independent body outside of and untouchable by the rest of the social service system, it was from day one in conflict with that system. Governor Kerry tried to snuff it out, over and over, but it survived in part because of its champions inside the legislature…Loran Schmidt and John DeCamp, no less.

    Before the initial accusations against Larry King, Decamp himself was accused by a boarder of abusing his own daughter. That was investigated by law enforcement but no charges were laid. It seems to have been a frivolous accusation, but it would be revived by a party bureaucrat within DeCamps own party. DeCamp claims that party brass asked him to drop out of the nomination for his seat so they could run a female candidate in his place. After he refused, the abuse accusation was revived and pursued so strenuously & publicly that despite ultimately being cleared of any wrongdoing DeCamp’s political career was destroyed forever.

    Is it simply coincidental that, in the years following DeCamp’s political “assassination”, the accusations of child abuse against members of Nebraska’s social, political and business elite – some of whom were the same persons DeCamp blamed for involvement in what happened to him or for failing to support him then – arose through the very same Foster Care Review Board whose earliest champion had been John DeCamp?

    And when Loran Schmidt was running the legislative committee investigating these charges, was it just a coincidence that his personal lawyer – John DeCamp, a former “black ops” operative of the military & CIA during the Vietnam war – functioned as an informal, unacknowledged investigator for that Committee from beginning to end, while official investigators came & went?

    Or that the Larouche organization, who became DeCamp’s political home and allies after the Republican party betrayed him and ruined his political career, ran a guerilla media and pressure campaign in support of the accusations throughout the investigations & the hearings and for many years after all the hearings were over? What does it mean that Reverend James Bevel, brought in by the Larouche front “Schiller Institute” after the hearings to conduct yet another investigation while condemning the Grand Juries as coverups, would eventually be convicted of raping his own teenaged daughters during the very time frame in which he was in Nebraska investigating alleged child abuse rings?

    If you know the answer to all of these questions, never raised by the three primary sources, then you are smarter than I. Again, I encourage you to dig deeper than what you believe you already know.

    This guy pled guilty (which doesn’t mean he was guilty, but it doesn’t look good) and just got 12 years in prison and lifetime probation thereafter.

    I knew he was guilty from the get go . . . every time I listened to his show(usually to monitor the slander he was spewing against me), he was accusing someone of being a pedophile. Never a drug dealer, never an axe murderer, it was always PEDOPHILE . . . this guy had SEX WITH KIDS on his mind 24/7 and now we know why. People like this don’t get better so I hope Devin ROTS IN JAIL. Our world and our kids are a little safer with Devin behind bars. He won’t get out til he serves at least 85% of the 12 years, and I am THRILLED!

    Haha. Biggest pedophile ring? Looks to me like DEVIN was the pedophile ring. He is in PRISON until at least 2020 and I am jumping in the air clicking my heels together. I guess he will have to wait til he gets out of prison for CHILD PORN to run for president, huh? LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ROT IN JAIL DEVIN!!!
